BRAYMORE LTD provides courier, freight, and haulage services across the United Kingdom. We offer same-day collection, next-day delivery, and dedicated vehicle transport for parcels, pallets, and full loads.

Quotes provided through our website are non-binding estimates and may vary depending on the final details of the job. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by phone or email.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information for all bookings and quotes.
• Ensure someone is available at the collection and delivery addresses at the agreed times.
• Only request transport of items that are legally transportable within the UK.

We take reasonable care in handling and transporting your goods. However:

• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown).
• Our liability is capped at the declared value of the goods being transported.
• We exclude liability for hazardous goods, illegal items, and perishable goods unless a prior arrangement has been made.

You may cancel a booking free of charge before a driver has been dispatched. Once a driver has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply to cover costs incurred.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
